About Samuel Isaacs

An individual with a long-held enthusiasm for the culinary arts, Samuel Isaacs is a recent entry to the food industry. He brings his passion for cooking to every meal he serves while operating as the Principal Chef and owner of Culinary Comfort in Boca Raton, Florida. Graduating with honors from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Samuel Isaacs earned the distinction of graduating as the organization’s oldest graduate at age 71 in 2010. On the way to achieving his dream of working as a chef, Isaacs was inspired by students in their twenties and thirties. While working alongside them, he experienced their support and developed the confidence and know-how to create a number of unique dishes. Currently, Isaacs enjoys employing his education in the business, where he offers up comfort foods that stir up fond memories for clients. He continues to enjoy shopping for fresh ingredients at his local market.

Beyond his schedule as a chef, Samuel Isaacs maintains recreational interests in sports—especially football—and exercise, which helps his body keep up with his mind’s youthful attitude. Isaacs is also a fan of cinematic experiences, and he enjoys watching all types of movies, including older pictures, independent movies, foreign films, and action movies. Isaacs continues to be influenced by others in his cooking and, aside from the wonderful chefs who taught him, he refers to Julia Child, Tyler Florence, Jacques Pepin, and Hubert Keller as some of his favorites.

Samuel Isaacs also dedicates himself to a varied charitable agenda and supports Columbia University, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Legal Aid Society.
